Venezuela is the target of an economic sanction from the United States. When the U.S. heard that Venezuela was trading with Iran, the country imposed a sanction on Venezuela's oil company PDVSA. Venezuela delievered two cargoes of reformate, which is a blending component that improves the quality of gasoline. This trade was worth $50 million. The president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, said for now they won't take any action.
